Thank you for choosing FoamPlus! We truly appreciate your business and are dedicated to ensuring you enjoy a seamless shopping experience. Please review our Shipping Policy below, which outlines our terms and conditions.


1. Order Confirmation
Upon placing an order, you will receive two emails at your registered email address:

  • Order Confirmation Email: Confirms that your order has been received.

  • Tax Invoice Receipt: Serves as your proof of purchase. Please retain this receipt.

If you do not receive these emails, kindly check your spam or junk folder.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Standard orders are processed and dispatched within 7 - 10 business days.

  • During peak periods (e.g., Sale Promotions, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the holiday season), processing may take up to 14 business days.

  • Orders placed over weekends will be processed starting the following Monday.


3. Shipment Locations

  • Western, Eastern & Northern Cape Provinces Only: We currently ship within these South African provinces only. International shipping is unavailable, but collections for international clients and other provinces are permitted.

  • Shipping Restrictions: Deliveries to parcel lockers or PO Boxes are not available.


4. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Delivery estimates begin from the shipment date (not the order date). Standard shipping may take up to 7 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Tracking details will provide the most accurate ETA.

  • Standard shipping fees apply to most metro and regional postcodes. Some locations may incur a delivery surcharge.

  • Free shipping is currently unavailable.

Additional Shipping Notes:

  • Business days are Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).

  • Orders are typically not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • Delivery schedules depend on carriers, location, method, and items ordered.

  • Orders may be delivered in multiple shipments and by different carriers.

  • Estimated Delivery Dates are based on processing and transit times.

  • During peak seasons or unforeseen events, occasional delays may occur—we appreciate your patience.

  • FoamPlus is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers.

  • Report any delivery delays within 30 days of dispatch for investigation (this process may take up to 3 working days). If the delivery falls within our estimated timeframe, assistance cannot be provided until the period has lapsed.

  • For apartment deliveries, items will be delivered to the ground floor only for driver safety.

  • For properties with limited access or challenging terrain, delivery will be made to the base of the property (e.g., driveway, garage, or carport).


5. Tracking Options

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID and tracking link via email.

  • Parcels are scanned at various transit stages. However, occasional delays in tracking updates may occur. We appreciate your understanding.


6. Cancellations
To cancel an order, email info@foamplus.co.za with the subject line: "URGENT CANCELLATION Order #.........". Include your order number and full name.

  • If the package has already been dispatched, please contact support to arrange a return.


7. Change of Shipping Address
For address changes, email info@foamplus.co.za with the subject line: "URGENT CHANGE OF ADDRESS Order #.........". Include your order number and updated address.

  • Address changes cannot be made after dispatch.


8. Damages
If your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately at info@foamplus.co.za with photos or videos as evidence.


9. FoamPlus Shipping Protection Promise
Shop with complete confidence—your satisfaction is our priority!

  • Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, email info@foamplus.co.za with photo or video evidence and a detailed description. We will expedite the resolution process.

  • Lost Orders: If your order is lost in transit, an investigation will begin 30 days from the dispatch date. If confirmed as lost, you can choose between an immediate refund or a replacement—no need to handle courier claims.


10. Undeliverable Packages

  • If a parcel is returned to us, you will be contacted via email.

  • Re-delivery may incur an additional fee.
